Claspa Community Guidelines

Claspa is a premium, 18+ platform built for intentional, respectful connections. These Community Guidelines explain what is allowed, what is prohibited, and how enforcement works to protect user safety and platform integrity.

These Guidelines form a binding part of Claspa’s Terms of Use.

1. Scope

These Guidelines apply to:

  • Profile content (photos, prompts, bio, voice, verification details)
  • Messages, likes, calls, and lock/unmatch behavior
  • AI-assisted interactions
  • Reports and appeals
  • Off-platform conduct directly connected to a Claspa interaction

Severe off-platform harm connected to Claspa use may result in in-app enforcement.

2. Core Community Principles

Every member must:

  • Be respectful and communicate with dignity
  • Be honest and authentic
  • Respect consent and boundaries immediately
  • Protect privacy and personal safety
  • Use reporting tools responsibly

Safety always takes priority over engagement or growth.

3. Respectful Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Harassment, bullying, humiliation, or repeated unwanted contact
  • Threats of violence, coercion, blackmail, or intimidation
  • Retaliation for rejection, blocking, unmatching, or reporting
  • Stalking behavior (in-app or off-platform)
  • Attempts to evade blocks or restrictions

Repeated boundary violations may result in permanent removal.

4. Hate, Discrimination, and Dehumanization

Claspa has zero tolerance for:

  • Hate speech or slurs
  • Extremist content or advocacy of harm
  • Discrimination based on race, caste, ethnicity, religion, disability, nationality, age, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or health status
  • Fetishization or demeaning stereotypes targeting identity groups

5. Consent and Sexual Boundaries

Consent is mandatory in all interactions.

  • “No,” silence, or discomfort means stop immediately.
  • Do not request or send intimate content without clear mutual consent.
  • Do not pressure, manipulate, or emotionally coerce others.
  • Do not threaten to share intimate images.

Sexual exploitation or coercion results in strict enforcement.

6. Authenticity and Identity Integrity

You must represent yourself truthfully.

Prohibited behavior includes:

  • Impersonation
  • Use of stolen photos
  • Deepfakes or misleading AI-generated personas
  • False age or relationship intent
  • Coordinated/shared accounts
  • Account renting or transfer

Claspa may require additional verification if risk signals are detected.

7. Profile and Content Standards

The following content is not allowed:

  • Nudity or explicit sexual content
  • Pornographic material
  • Graphic violence or gore
  • Content promoting illegal activity
  • Drug trafficking or exploitation-related content
  • Self-harm encouragement
  • Weapon-forward intimidation imagery
  • Spam, engagement bait, or large-scale copied bios

Content may be removed before account-level enforcement.

8. Fraud, Scams, and Financial Exploitation

Claspa is for genuine connections — not transactions.

Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Asking for money, loans, gift cards, crypto, or investments
  • Requesting OTPs, bank details, passwords, identity documents
  • Romance scams or phishing
  • Commercial sexual services or trafficking-linked activity
  • Advertising businesses or political campaigns

Fraud-related violations may result in immediate permanent removal.

9. Privacy and Personal Data Protection

Do not misuse or expose personal information.

You may not:

  • Post phone numbers, addresses, financial data, IDs, passwords, OTPs
  • Share private conversations without consent
  • Record calls where prohibited by law or consent requirements
  • Doxx or track users
  • Publish screenshots externally without consent

Respect others’ privacy at all times.

10. AI Use and Manipulation

You may not use AI tools to:

  • Create deceptive personas
  • Generate impersonation content
  • Harass or manipulate users
  • Circumvent moderation systems

AI-assisted abuse or manipulation may result in enforcement.

11. Minors, Child Safety, and CSAE

Claspa Dating: Focus on One is published by Hanabi Technologies and is strictly 18+. Users must be 18 or older.

Hanabi Technologies explicitly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, sexualized content involving minors, attempts to solicit minors, trafficking-related exploitation of minors, or any behavior that exploits or endangers a child.

  • Underage accounts are removed immediately.
  • Any underage profile, minor-related sexual content, or CSAE/CSAM signal is removed and escalated urgently.
  • Grooming, solicitation, sextortion, or exploitation of minors results in permanent removal and potential legal escalation.
  • Credible reports may be escalated to the appropriate authorities or child-safety organizations where required by law.

Claspa Dating: Focus on One has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

12. Platform Abuse

The following are enforcement triggers:

  • Creating duplicate accounts to bypass restrictions
  • Automated scraping or botting
  • Reverse engineering or security probing
  • Malware or malicious links
  • Coordinated manipulation of ranking or moderation systems

13. Reporting and Blocking

If you encounter violations:

  • Use in-app Report and Block
  • Provide accurate details
  • For immediate danger, contact local emergency services first

Reports are reviewed confidentially.

14. Misuse of Reporting

False, malicious, discriminatory, or retaliatory reporting is prohibited.

Abuse of reporting tools may result in account restrictions.

15. Enforcement Framework

Claspa may take actions including:

  • Content removal
  • Feature restriction
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent ban
  • Device-level enforcement
  • Referral to law enforcement when legally required

Severe violations may result in immediate removal without prior warning.

Enforcement decisions consider severity, pattern, intent, and risk.

16. Appeals

If your account is restricted or removed, you may submit an appeal through support channels.

Appeals are reviewed internally.

Repeated abusive appeals may be closed.

17. Updates

Claspa may update these Guidelines as risks evolve.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the latest version.

18. Safety Commitment

Claspa’s commitment is simple:

  • Safety over growth
  • Respect over engagement bait
  • Authenticity over manipulation

If you see harm, report it early. Early reporting protects everyone.
